SilverStone Hospice, Neighbor

SilverStone Hospice provides In-Home Hospice services to people in a 50 mile radius from their office location.

They are not a facility. They only go to people's homes to administer hospice care.

They also have palliative care services but, it is not at the forefront of the focus of this campaign - however, it should be mentioned.
