The Rock and Roll Playhouse has hosted over 1,000 shows in more than 35 leading live music venues across the United States, filling the void for shared musical experiences between parents and children across the country.
Performing songs created by the most iconic musicians in rock history, The Rock and Roll Playhouse band offers families with young children games, movement, stories, and — most importantly — an opportunity to rock out. It allows parents to enjoy the music they love while little fans are encouraged to explore their creativity and have fun!
Beyond the music, children will have the opportunity to enjoy some more goodies and fun on the lawn!

Hosted by the Kinetic Ukes, this all-day festival includes workshop sessions by teaching artists, an artist showcase, and more!
<a href="https://www.kineticukes.org/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Kinetic Ukes</a> is a welcoming, fun, and supportive community of ukulele players in the north-central area of Connecticut. The founder’s goal was simple — to provide a fun community for people of all ages and skill levels who play or would like to learn to play the ukulele.

On Sunday, August 30, from 2-6pm, come on down to Holcomb Farm for an afternoon of old-fashioned, boot-stompin’ fun for all ages! Enjoy live music, hands-on activities, exciting demonstrations, delicious eats from local food trucks, refreshing cocktails, ice-cold lemonade, and free popcorn. Highlights include: line dancing lessons, fiddle music by Sarah the Fiddler, oxen pulls, a horse show by the Granby Horse Council, three shows by Riverside Reptiles, face painting, yard games, crafts, and more! On-site food trucks will include North Elm Butcher Block, Nibbles and Noms, Adams Ice Cream, and Mobile Mixology. Pull on your finest Western wear, round up your little buckaroos, and join us for a rootin’-tootin’ shindig on the farm! We can’t wait to see you there! 



Admission is free, and donations are warmly welcomed. Every dollar raised supports the Friends of Holcomb Farm and Fresh Access, the Friends of Holcomb Farm's program that provides fresh, locally grown produce to people with limited access to affordable, healthy food.
