Christopher Ives, founder and executive chef at Sir Ives Caterers, trained at Johnson + Wales University in Providence, RI and the illustrious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Christopher eventually launched his own NJ catering company. More than 30 years later, he still manages day-to-day operations but is supported by a team of professionals including executive chefs, wedding planners, corporate event planners, servers and a large support staff.
