This summer, View Boston and Fit Scene Boston are hosting an iconic rooftop wellness series 750 feet above the city! Join Boston’s best coaches for a 60-minute rooftop workout blending core strength and full-body conditioning with 360° panoramic views.&nbsp;
Join instructors Liv Nurmi and Courtney Barletta in their signature Boston Body Mat class that combines the original Pilates sequence with fresh, modern variations – a balanced mix of stretch and sculpt, challenge and release, designed to leave you feeling strong, energized, and connected.&nbsp;
After class, enjoy a post-workout social featuring your favorite local wellness vendors and seasonal cocktails at Stratus bar. Know Before You Go - Guests are encouraged to bring their own mats, however extra mats will be on site.

Liv Nurmi is a Master Instructor and Educator for Balanced Body Education and the owner of Boston Body Waterfront, where she is dedicated to building a supportive and thriving Pilates community. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in love, inclusivity, and the belief that Pilates is for everyBODY. In addition to running the studio, Liv leads the in-house Mentoring Programs for Boston Body Education, helping train and guide the next generation of Pilates instructors. When she's not on the mat, you'll find her boxing, collecting records, or traveling.
