My name is Steph and I’m the voice behind the blog Orangespoken.com!

Orangespoken is my story. It’s where I share tales of my weight loss journey, recipes, life and more. I started this blog as a way to share my outdoor adventures and healthy variations of my all time favorite dishes, as well new creations I’ve stumbled upon or thought up. You’ll also find shopping lists, tricks, training schedules, upcoming races, and healthy tips sprinkled in the mix.

In April of 2012 I lost my mother to breast cancer. Orangespoken highlights Team Judy and the events we’re involved with for breast cancer advocacy and fundraising.
