Stephen Quist, Neighbor

My name is Stephen Quist.  I am a student at Iowa State University and the 2011-2012 Chair of the Iowa State College Republicans.  I was born in Rice Lake, Wisconsin and then moved to Davenport, Iowa when I was five.  I resided in Davenport until I moved to Ames for school.
