StudioYoga Page, Neighbor

The Chatham Studio opened in 1986 after the barn in which we were holding classes was sold. A space opened up at The Chatham Mall after Exercise Plus closed its doors. After opening the Chatham Studio we needed a name. The image that stuck in Theresa&#39;s mind was the nameplate on the doorbell at Dona Holleman&#39;s studio in Florence, &#34;Studio Yoga.&#34;Then In 1995, we moved the store and office into the second floor of the historic James Building in downtown Madison. This building is over 100 years old and was built as a theater to provide revenue for the library across the street. In 1996, the modeling agency on the third floor went out of business, so we took over that space. Now Studio Yoga has one location:  <strong>In downtown Madison on 2 Green Village Rd above<br>                Blue Ridge Mountain Sports.</strong>
