Join us for a two-day conference featuring specialized workshops in needle felting, sewing, and historical fiber arts led by expert instructors Patti Cornelius and Denise Boyle. This free event includes classes for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, covering everything from Amish knot rag rugs to 18th-century fashion history. The fiber arts conference is on! If you’ve ever wanted to learn hand sewing or felting, this is your chance! Two chock full days of fiber arts classes for beginner and experienced fiber artists alike. We have show and tell, drop spindling, sewing a pin cushion and a ditty bag, felting a hedgehog and a gnome, learning Amish rag rug weaving, beginning embroidery, knitting on a French knitter, and listening to a presentations about fiber in America and about about dressing in the 18th century. Qigong (“chee gong”) is the&nbsp;exercise of life energy. Where better to practice it than outside in nature?
A shaded greenspace will provide us with plenty of room to breathe and move while harmonizing our energies in community with the earth, the water, the sky, and each other.

Rooted in Chinese medicine, qigong combines slow, gentle movements with breathing and present-moment awareness. Both simple and challenging, this form of 18 “movement-pictures”&nbsp;unifies body, heart, and mind. The practice of qigong has been shown to provide several benefits, including:

Loyal Order of Moose Bucks Lodge

Our annual bingo night fundraiser is back at the Bristol Moose Lodge Saturday, June 27! Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Bingo starts at 7:00 p.m.&nbsp; Tickets are on sale now for $30 in advance. The entry fee includes 10 rounds of bingo (3 bingo cards per game) and a door prize ticket. Additional bingo cards will be available for sale at the event&nbsp; .If you purchase a group of 8 or more tickets, we will reserve seating together for you. Smaller groups and individual tickets will be first-come, first-served seating.&nbsp; Bingo winners will receive $200 or more. In the event two or more people have a good bingo in the same game, the cash prize will be split among all winners. We will also have additional chances to win with incredible raffle prizes, door prizes and a 50/50.&nbsp; Due to the current gambling laws for PA, mature teens may attend for a social night with their family, but they are not permitted to win bingo, so they must be accompanied by an adult who can claim their prize.
