Description:&nbsp;&nbsp;Join Coastline Adventures and Toms River Recreation for this&nbsp;one day clinic for&nbsp;beginner and intermediate level stand-up paddleboarders.&nbsp;&nbsp;Progressive skill and team building sessions cover equipment familiarization and proper fit, location and condition assessment, on and off water safety and self-rescue skills, fundamental paddling techniques and navigation, and local wildlife and environmental awareness.&nbsp; Each day offers a new adventure, paddling, swimming, and fun activities.
Requirements:&nbsp; Participants MUST know how to swim.
Equipment:&nbsp; Board, leash, and life vest are provided for use during class.&nbsp; Participants may bring their own equipment, rash guards or wetsuits.&nbsp; Beach badges are NOT required to attend class but are required if participants or guardians plan on staying after class ends.&nbsp; Participants should bring their own sunscreen, towel, drinks, snacks and footwear.
In the event Toms River Township and /or Coastline Adventures needs to cancel your entire class, rain date options will be offered based on availability and safe paddling conditions.&nbsp;

Our tennis camp gives players the opportunity to experience tennis instruction that will both challenge them and ensure they have a fantastic experience at camp. Every camp is coached by our professional staff that is trained to encourage maximum participation, good sportsmanship, and above all - FUN!
Beginner level players will learn basic hitting techniques while developing their footwork, movement and hand-eye-coordination to help achieve greater rallying success.
Intermediate/advanced level players will practice advanced technical skills that include: Executing top spins, slices and drop shots. This CSI Camp is informative, challenging and fun!&nbsp;&nbsp;Students will learn to use state of the art techniques and technology that Detectives use to solve real-life crimes.&nbsp; This class not only examines STEM and the associated practical concepts of&nbsp; how to solve crimes, but also keeps students focused, connected, and engaged.&nbsp; Take and identify fingerprints, DNA, spatter patterns, footprints, and learn the basics of crime scene processing.

Zumba Toning incorporates the addition of light weights along with the cardio benefits of Zumba fitness to provide dynamic resistance exercise and tone muscles. The class format begins with a warmup segment followed by the Toning segment concentrating on each major muscle group. The second segment targets the cardio portion of the workout (without weights) followed by a cooldown and stretch.&nbsp;
Zumba Toning can help build stamina, burn calories and improve cardiovascular fitness in a dance party atmosphere, including improved muscle tone, strength and endurance.
Participants may use the Zumba Toning sticks (1lb or 2.5 lb) provided by the instructor or may bring their own light weights ((1-3 lbs).
