Suzy Fallon, Neighbor

Susan Fallon joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in January of 2012 after working with Principal Jack O’Connor on a $48 million deal for 420 acres at the former Grumman Air Base (EpCal) targeted by an investment group from Argentina for a world-class equestrian and polo complex. Ms. Fallon has a proven track record and long list of repeat customers as a testament to her drive, dedication and broad knowledge.

Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Ms. Fallon was with Prudential Douglas Elliman since 2001 as the North Fork managing director of advertising and marketing, utilizing her background in photography, advertising, writing, graphics and target marketing. She was awarded Leaders Circle status as one of the Top 5 brokers many years in a row over her 10-year career at Elliman.

Before her career in real estate, Ms. Fallon was a creative director and line producer in the commercial and entertainment industry in Manhattan for six years. She worked at Viacom, VH-1, ABC, NBC, BBC and many independent production companies. She founded her own documentary film company, Fair Isle Films, which produced several international films. After having her daughter, Ms. Fallon put her film career aside to concentrate on Real Estate on the East End of Long Island.

Ms. Fallon is an accomplished third-generation equestrienne whose parents and grandparents called the North Shore home for many years. Ms. Fallon spent summers in the Hamptons and eventually moved to the North Fork of Long Island to manage a polo farm in Calverton, NY.

Education

Ms. Fallon graduated from The American University in Washington, D.C., with a B.A. in Comparative Literature after attending Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland where she completed a drama certificate and studied Irish History. Ms. Fallon also taught Language and American Business at le Centre Actif De Langues Vivantes in Fountainebleau, France.
