Becoming
a Literacy Volunteer is a great way to make a positive impact!
Literacy
Volunteers help adult students learn to speak English&nbsp;or improve
their basic reading, writing, or math skills. We work with Bridgeport
area adults who want to become US citizens, obtain their high school
diploma, or simply&nbsp;improve their basic skills.&nbsp;
You
don’t need to speak another language&nbsp;or have a teaching
background to volunteer! We provide training and materials.
