Tri City Health Partnership, Neighbor

Tri City Health Partnership (TCHP) is a free medical/dental clinic serving central Kane County. Eligible individuals are local residents who are low-income and uninsured/underinsured. Care is provided by volunteer medical professionals who are assisted by a small staff. TCHP is NOT federally or state funded and relies on support from the area trusts and foundations, service clubs, churches, 708 Boards, townships, United Ways and by the general public.
