Andy McManus is a singer-songwriter from Northern Ireland whose love for Irish folk tunes is expressed in his distinctly Celtic music. He is accompanied by Tessa Thistlethwaite on fiddle and vocals and Mark Whalen Jr. on percussion.Come enjoy the gifts of nature and heartwarming and foot tapping Celtic music. Join us each Sunday at Centering Space to learn and practice meditation to calm the mind and develop compassion. Ideal for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. Each session includes meditation instruction and a Dharma talk led by Ani Palmo Rybicki,a nun in the Tibetan Buddhist Tradition and the Director and Resident Teacher of Songtsen Gampo Buddhist Center of Cleveland. Zakat is one of the 5 Pillars of Islam which states that all people who are financially able are required to pay 2.5% of their wealth to the needy.
