No aviation experience is required — candidates with at least one year of hospitality or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates receive training in Dubai, along with benefits including competitive pay, company-provided accommodation, transportation, medical coverage and travel benefits for themselves, family and friends.
