Sussan, Greenwald and Wesler, Neighbor

Sussan, Greenwald and Wesler was founded over 40 years ago when Theodore Sussan first established his general practice. In 1975, personal circumstances involving his autistic son compelled him to gain an in-depth understanding and appreciation for the special education rights of school-aged children between the ages of three and twenty-one. This in turn led to his focus on special education law.

Today, Sussan, Greenwald and Wesler is recognized as one of the leading special education law firms in New Jersey, having helped thousands of special needs children receive access to the educational opportunities they might otherwise have not had. In some cases, this has meant fighting to set legal precedent in the state.
