I am a Massachusetts licensed muscular therapist as well as a certified infant massage instructor. I am a graduate of The Massage School of Acton, specializing in deep tissue muscular therapy, post-rehab therapy, and sports therapy.

I have extensive hands-on experience working with athletes of all levels, ranging from the first-time runner to the seasoned marathon veteran. I have practiced muscular therapy for over a decade now, helping people with a wide variety of issues.

I specialize in therapeutic bodywork treatments for health, sport, injury prevention, and chronic pain relief. After 12 years of working in the health and fitness field, I realized there was more to self-care then just exercise. My mission is to heal others by encoring the body to heal itself through muscular therapy. I believe that when we can enhance the body's own natural healing process, we bring it back to its proper balance and alignment.
