The Haven of RCS, Neighbor

<strong>The Haven of RCS provides safety, support and education to anyone impacted by domestic violence and advocates for social change to end the violence. </strong>

<strong>Free and Confidential Services Available</strong>

<strong>Emergency Safe House (Shelter)</strong>  Temporary emergency, confidential shelter to domestic violence victims and their children. The facility is staffed 24-hours-per- day, 7 days a week.

<strong>24-Hour Hotline</strong>  Our hotline provides counseling, information and referrals by telephone, available 24 hours a day. 727-442-4128

<strong>Safety Planning</strong>  Safety Plans are developed with Safe House residents, Outreach clients, participants at court and hotline callers. Safety Plans include a lethality assessment, documentation of abuser’s patterns, and an escape plan. 

<strong>Outreach Services</strong><strong>  </strong>Services are available for people who do not want to come to Safe House. These services are available Monday- Friday from 9:00am- 5:00pm. For more information, call our Outreach Line at 727-441-2029.

<strong>Support Groups</strong>  Support groups are offered in Safe House and Outreach for women and children.  One group is for Spanish speakers. 

<strong>Legal Advocacy  </strong>Advocates provide legal advocacy at both the Clearwater Courthouse and the Judicial Complex at 49^th Street.  Advocates and trained volunteers also help with Injunctions for Protection at both courthouses.
