Thomas Woodward, Neighbor

Thomas Woodward has been an automotive plastics engineer responsible for design, planning, program management, and delivery of final product to Detroit, Michigan's "Big Three" car companies from 1995-2002. He has resided in Austin since 2010 serving on two Integral Care Councils, as a journalist with the Challenger Newspaper, Contributor to Curriculum building for Fall 2018- EDP 194: Understanding Homelessness with the University of Texas Dell Medical School. Highlights of his accomplishments also includes constituent advocacy working with former Texas Congressman Lamar Smith with regards to the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development issues pertaining to Housing Authority policies as well as advising Texas Senator Kirk Watson, Travis County Judge Sara Eckhardt, Austin City Council, Austin Public Health and Austin's non-profit human services contractors with dynamic research on homeless services impact.

He has a passion for journalism, music production, computer sciences, social sciences and study of law.
