Tim is a Lombard resident and the owner of Immediate Response Training, LLC, an SBA certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2019. Tim is a retired US Army Special Operations veteran delivering lifesaving training to organizations and individuals across a diverse clientele.

Immediate Response Training, LLC is a Licensed Training Provider of The American Red Cross (ARC), an Authorized Training Center with Health and Safety Institute (HSI) Education Partner of the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC) and a Certifying Partner with the American College of Surgeons "Stop The Bleed" program.
