Tracey left corporate America to do what??? NITPICK. Yes, you all read that correctly! As in HEAD LICE! I am excited to announce the launch of my new Atlanta-based business, Lice Happens, a mobile head lice treatment service. Why Lice Happens? Well, the intrigue came from my own life experience with head lice. Yes, my children had lice, and their friends (and their friends!) had lice. I do not know a single parent (including myself) that didn't go nuts each time their child contracted head lice! Parents continue to struggle with the frustration, confusion, shame, and fear due to all the misinformation on the internet, the scary pesticidal products, and silly gadgets and home remedies to choose from. That's not to mention the 'ick' factor that the topic holds - just whisper "head lice" at school or camp and see what happens! So, I have decided to venture into this mysterious lice world in order to help families finally get their lives back to normal.
