Tom Alberts is the President of Breakthrough Process Corporation which focuses on Executive Training and<br>Consulting. He is an accomplished training and marketing expert skilled at designing and launching digital-based marketing campaigns that promote, market, and create revenue platforms for organizations ranging from small business to not-for-profits to Fortune 100 corporations. In his current role as President of Breakthrough Process orporation, he has built a reputation for successfully xploiting a client’s existing organizational infrastructure to economically expand sales and marketing capabilities hough both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Tom joined Intel Corporation from the University of<br> California at Berkeley MBA Program in 1982. Tom has developed national and regional marketing campaigns as well. He designed and launched a successful marketing campaign for the Global Food Bank and drove the original initiative for Intel that interconnected personal computers and lowered customer costs for industry giants such as Compaq, Dell, and Siemens.
With an M.B.A from the University of California at Berkeley, Tom has a B.A.in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a B.S. in Engineering from<br>Arizona State University. Active in the community and in support of the growth of Sacramento region businesses, Tom has served on numerous Boards including Fulcrum, Inc., Rotary Club of Fair Oaks, Global Food Bank, and the Salvation Army.
Avid travelers, Tom and his family have journeyed to 25+ countries and 45+ states. He and his wife have taken<br>architectural treks to Palenque Mexico and Angkor Wat in Cambodia, and in 2006, participated on a humanitarian trip to Ghana as Rotarians to inoculate children from polio, measles, and other childhood diseases. Tom, his wife, and two children currently reside in Fair Oaks, California.
