Tricia McCarter-Joseph, Neighbor

Tricia is a recent graduate of Georgetown University's master's journalism program and lives in Landover, MD. She is currently pursuing a freelance writing career and has been published in small trade journals and Preservation magazine online, a publication from the National Trust for Historic Preservation. She enjoys reading and all things football (NFL and college) and considers herself an undercover Redskins fan!
