I am a long time resident of Ross Twp and a business owner in McCandless Twp.  I am a licensed massage therapist and owner of In The Moment Center of Well-Being and In The Moment Massage Therapy.  I have 2 grown children, a wonderfully supportive and loving husband, 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Since my high school days, some 40 yrs ago, I have had an interest in Health and Well-being.  Over the years, I have come to know the difference and have explored may ways to incorporate and maintain a state of well-being into our busy daily lives.

I believe we all have basic goodness, a knowing of what is right action for ourselves and others, and the need and the capacity for connection with others.  Thus, the focus of my life's work.

I love Pittsburgh and am so happy to have settled here.
