Vicki brings a palate seasoned by food experiences from her world wide travels. She has attended Oktoberfest in Germany and has had the opportunity to enjoy delicacies such as roasted pork knuckles and ox tail. In Mexico she fished mahi mahi out of the ocean, prepared and cooked it. Vicki has also visited Argentina and was served free-range chicken and grass-fed beef prepared over an open fire. While in Argentina, she was taught how to make empanadas. Vicki has also experienced the awesome power of the Falls of Iguazu and was exposed to some of the most delicious Melbec wine. While in Italy, she tasted many different types of regional cuisine from Milan, Florence, Catania and Palermo .  Vicki spent time in the Czech Republic. She enjoyed the local beer and trying the provincial dishes .

Traveling has given her an advantage in the culinary world because she was able to experience authentic cuisine native to the region she was visiting. She has great appreciation for spices, flavors and textures. Vicki would like to share her knowledge of international fare and recipes she has learned with the Attleboro community.
