<p><b>In our program, the focus is on the caregivers.</b></p>
<p>Caregivers often give up a lot in their own lives, while caring for others. Many caregivers feel strong emotions due to caregiving pressures. </p>
<p>We support you to take care of yourself better AND get more assistance in your caregiving role from state, city, and community resources.</p>
<p>Then you can feel better about your caregiving, minimize burnout, and feel more fulfilled in your own life. <br>
