Since its founding in 2016, Winning Ways, Inc has been devoted to promoting and developing reentry initiatives, developing the potential of corrections-involved persons and communities, and improving this service system through the effective action and leadership of trained educators. Our programs have provided an array of services to those recovering from addiction, homelessness, trauma, and coming out of incarceration. Financial literacy classes with hands-on experienced entrepreneurs, mentorship and connection programs, and community partnerships for advocacy and education. Since then, we have had the honor of partnering and collaborating with these phenomenal organizations: Emerge CT, Project M.O.R.E, Connecticut Association of Human Services, Once Incarcerated Inc., Harvard Business School CT Community Partners, Path to Purpose, Yale Dwight Hall, Albertus Magnus University, Yale Up Fund, Southern Connecticut State University Business Club, Jeroy Smith LPC, The Reentry Round Tables in the City of New Haven, Hartford, New Britain, and Waterbury, The Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, Reentry & Community Outreach Coordinator for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Stop Solitary CT, and most recently with the United Way of Greater Waterbury and Thomaston Bank.
