Yuri Vanetik is an American financier and political coalition builder, and founder and managing partner of Vanetik International, LLC, a management consulting firm that offers advisory and strategic planning services to business and industries around the world. He is considered an expert in mergers & acquisitions and capital formation. Mr. Vanetik has a background in securities law, corporate governance, business strategy, and financial planning. Yuri Vanetik is also Managing Partner for Dominion Asset Management, a technology-driven opportunity real estate fund that invests in undervalued real estate throughout the United States.

Yuri Vanetik is also a philanthropist, and dedicates a lot of his spare time giving back to the community. Most recently, Yuri was named as a Founding Member of International Executive Council, an organization dedicated to helping and connecting young leaders that share a passion for technological innovation and its real world application in business. Additionally, Yuri was appointed to the board of Miracles for Kids, a foundation dedicated to supporting children with serious illnesses. He is also currently on the board of directors for the Orange County Performing Arts Center.
