Delivery Driver to Owner, Man Finds Joy with Nothing Bundt Cakes

New West Bountiful Bakery Turns Dream into Reality for Couple and Extended Family

(Nothing Bundt Cakes)

Thirteen years ago, Shaun Banda started doing deliveries for the first Nothing Bundt Cakes location in Las Vegas, NV. More than a decade later, he is opening his very own bakery. “I wouldn’t have imagined this in my wildest dreams,” shared Banda. “But, when my wife and I were presented the opportunity to partner with her aunt and uncle, I knew that Utah was the perfect place.” Banda, along with wife, Joyce, and her aunt and uncle, Fawn and Brad Berrett, opened the new bakery on November 8. “It feels like coming home,” Banda continued. “Our immediate and extended families plus dearest friends live in the area and this is the perfect place to raise our children.” The bakery will host grand opening festivities for the community the first week of December (see details below).
