Integrator Community Management partners with American Momentum Bank to support growth
Association management company will leverage the bank's association banking division and Vantaca to support its growing roster of clients
Integrator Community Management, a full-service homeowners association (HOA) management company that serves 21 communities totaling more than 1,100 homes in Utah, has partnered with American Momentum Bank to support its recent and planned regional growth. The bank’s dedicated association banking division will provide specialized service to Integrator’s expanding portfolio of HOA clients and deliver enhanced financial services.
Founded by industry veterans Neil Schiffman, CMCA, Ryan Wimmer, PCAM, and Brady Pope, CMCA, Integrator Community Management has more than 30 years of combined industry experience and has served more than 200 communities and 20,000 families during that time.
“The Integrator team is not only skilled at what they do, but they are well connected in the industry, with everyone from associations and management companies to the vendors that support them,” said Andrew Vera, vice president of association banking at American Momentum Bank. “They have a ton of potential to grow their business, and we’re honored to come alongside them as they grow and provide outstanding support to Utah’s HOAs.”

Based in Lehi, Utah, Integrator Community Management is dedicated to empowering HOA board members with the tools and guidance they need to shape the community they envision. They do this through full-service financial and operational management, resident support and lifestyle services. Currently, they serve associations ranging in size from five units to 1,100 units.
Anticipating a period of rapid growth, Integrator Community Management began interviewing banks that could support the growth of the company. A top priority was choosing a bank that specialized in association banking.

“I think it’s really important to make sure you’re using a bank that understands some of the nuances of HOAs,” said Schiffman, co-founder of Integrator Community Management. “Because we’re not just opening a business checking account. We need something that is designed with a community association in mind.”
American Momentum Bank provides specialized banking services for HOAs and HOA management companies through its association banking division. The bank offers a variety of competitive deposit products and specialized lending programs for capital improvements.
Integrator’s decision to transition to American Momentum Bank ultimately came down to the bank’s rapid response time, which allows them to get new associations set up quickly.
“We’re trying to bring on as many new clients as we can, and oftentimes that means that we’re signing a self-managed HOA that can be ready to go live with us in a matter of days,” said Schiffman. “American Momentum Bank can open their accounts sometimes the same day, if not the next day. This is truly unheard of in banking, and it allows us to blow our client’s expectations out of the water in terms of our onboarding timelines.”
For Integrator’s clients, American Momentum Bank also provides favorable interest rates that help support their financial goals. One of Integrator’s associations pays its insurance premium annually and puts aside money every month to cover that cost in a four-week CDARS® account that accrues interest.
“Other banks aren’t necessarily willing to deal with an account that has a one-month maturity timeline,” said Schiffman. “But American Momentum Bank can support them and make that happen.”
Integrator Community Management will also operate on Vantaca, an AI-first platform purpose-built for community association management. Vantaca combines intelligent automation, integrated payments, and resident-facing tools to provide management companies complete operational visibility across accounting, communications and daily workflows.
Through Vantaca's partnership with American Momentum Bank, Integrator Community Management gains integrated banking, payment processing, vendor verification and document management, all within a single connected ecosystem.
“I started using Vantaca back in 2017 at a former management company, and they provide the best package for a management company to really customize their services to what the community needs,” said Schiffman. “With Vantaca, you can build custom workflows that streamline tasks and ensure you have a proper paper trail of all communications related to that task.”
Schiffman believes in Vantaca so much, he helps other association management companies learn how to use the tool.
“We fully believe in rising tides raise all ships, and we want everybody in our industry to succeed,” said Schiffman. “With Vantaca and American Momentum Bank on our side, I know we’ll be able to do that.”
