Students at Utah Connections Academy Kick Off School

Woods Cross, Utah – It’s back to school time for students across Utah and many are getting everything in order before the official first day. Over 1,200 students with Utah Connections Academy are doing the same, however, instead of walking through classroom doors they will be logging on virtually for their first day of school on August 26, 2019. The flexible online learning option is desirable for many Utah families, 51% of whom cited this as an important reason for considering Utah Connections Academy in a recent annual parent satisfaction survey.

“This is my 15th year as a school administrator and I am thrilled to welcome our students for the 2019-20 school year. • 23% wanted more involvement with their child’s learning
• 18% wanted a more personalized education

Parents also had high praise for the school’s curriculum and technology. Ninety one percent of parents agreed that the curriculum is high quality, and 90% agreed that the technology tools provided improve their child’s learning experience.
