Most of my focus has been on charitable efforts here in this state - With the recent attacks in London over the past year, I have been thinking a lot about ways we can help in London and throughout Europe. One great charity that is focused on helping children in London is the NSPCC. The NSPCC was founded in 1884 and the vision of the group is to end cruelty to children in London. They run a wide range of services for both children and adults, including national helplines and local projects.

Abuse robs children of living out their childhood. Without help, the scars of abuse can last a lifetime. And as devastating as it can be for the child, society pays a heavy price too.

Child abuse is preventable and so being more generous to charities that focus on helping the children can make a big difference!! So it's up to each of us to do all that is possible to keep children safe from abuse, so children can grow up healthy and live successful lives. That’s why it's important that we get involved and look for ways to help where we can.
