📰 News we're reading

• Eastern Summit County Planning Commission supports traffic impact studies (parkrecord.com) — A proposed change to Summit County’s development code would require traffic impact studies for projects expected to generate at least 25 peak-hour vehicle trips, and both the Eastern Summit County and Snyderville Basin planning commissions have endorsed it. If approved by the County Council, developers across the county, including the Snyderville Basin area, would need to hire independent engineers to analyze traffic before projects move forward.
