2. Suvi Yimnirum will open Suvi's Kitchen in Burlington at 370 Shelburne Road. The new restaurant will feature unique Thai dishes created by the popular Burlington chef. Yimnirun is opening the new restaurant with her husband Seth Quittner in the former location of M-Saigon on Mar. 11, 2022. (Seven Days)
3. A group of South Burlington land developers is suing the city over an allegedly illegal land seizure throughout the city. The suit alleges that the city's consultants who advised the city to change zoning regulations were using data that was more than 10 years old. The suit demands that the zoning regulations revert to the previous condition and calls for damages caused by the new regulations to be paid. (WCAX)
