The nice stretch of fall weather the region experienced over the weekend is expected to continue throughout the week, according to AccuWeather.
Both AccuWeather and the National Weather Service predict clear, sunny days and warm, seasonal temperatures through Friday.
Clouds are expected to roll in Friday night, but while they might create a spooky atmosphere, they won't bring much of a chill. Highs on Halloween are around 69, with lows around 52.
The average October high for the area is 71; the average low is 46, according to AccuWeather.
Virginia sits in a band of beautiful weather stretching from New England to Texas, with temperatures starting the week slightly elevated and ending with comfortable, typical temperatures for the holiday.
