• Tysons apartment costs rise, other areas of county see drop in new data (ffxnow.com) — New rental data show Annandale's median apartment rent at $2,184 overall, with one-bedrooms at $1,894 and two-bedrooms at $2,161, about 5% lower than a year ago. While Tysons rents are still rising, most Fairfax County communities, including Annandale, are seeing modest declines as the regional and national markets cool slightly.
