Arlington Community Blood Drive At Fire Works Pizza To Support First Responders

ARLINGTON, VA — Inova Blood Donor Services will host the Arlington Community Blood Drive on Friday, May 1. Fire Works Pizza is the sponsor for the event.

The blood drive is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 2350 Clarendon Blvd. in Arlington. The Inova Blood Donor Services Bloodmobile will be stationed near Fire Works Pizza for the duration of the event.

According to event organizers:

• Donors are required to present a photo ID.
• Participants should allow approximately one hour for the donation process.
• All donors who complete the screening process will receive a "Heroes Supporting Heroes" t-shirt, while supplies last.
• The event is held in support of area first responders.
