ARLINGTON, VA — The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is making a stop in Arlington this weekend, giving fans of the iconic character a chance to shop for exclusive merchandise and pick up themed desserts.
The traveling pop-up will be at Westpost at National Landing on Saturday, Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The truck will be set up in the courtyard near DSW at 1101 South Joyce St.
Visitors can browse a selection of limited-edition Hello Kitty Cafe merchandise, including keychains, thermal bottles, plush toys, tote bags, blankets, zip-up sweatshirts, mugs and newly released T-shirts.
The truck also will offer a variety of themed desserts, including giant cookies, cookie sets, five-piece macaron sets and madeleines.
The Arlington stop is the first of three appearances in the region this month. The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is also scheduled to visit:
The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck has toured cities across the United States in recent years, bringing exclusive Sanrio-themed merchandise and desserts to fans during one-day pop-up events. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early, as some merchandise has sold out quickly at previous stops.
