Located one block from the Rosslyn Metro station, the hotel provides access to Georgetown, the National Mall, Arlington National Cemetery and other destinations in the Washington region.

The hotel is promoting its location as a possible Labor Day staycation for Northern Virginia residents. Its elevated rooms also offer views of fall foliage across Arlington, the Potomac River and Washington as the seasons change.

Additional seasonal offerings are planned for the fall, according to information provided by the hotel. Details were not announced.

The Hilton's anniversary comes as Rosslyn continues to redevelop properties that once included older hotels and office buildings. The Key replaced one of the neighborhood's longtime landmarks while retaining the site's use as a hospitality destination.
