Police said the girl allegedly assaulted the victim and stole clothing items from her before attempting to flee on a public bus. The victim suffered minor injuries and was evaluated by medics on the scene.

Arlington police pulled the bus over and arrested the suspect, who authorities said refused to cooperate. Police said the girl allegedly entered police cruiser before spitting on the officers and assaulting an officer, who later self-reported his injuries at the hospital.

Following the incident, the girl was charged with two counts of assault on police, robbery, assault and battery, destruction of property, and obstruction of justice.

Because she's a juvenile, authorities have not released the suspect's name or age.
