Madison Manor Residents Observe A Man Circling Their Home And Peeping Through Windows

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating a peeping incident that occurred Wednesday afternoon in the Madison Manor neighborhood, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around 4:24 p.m. for the report of a peeping incident in the 900 block of N. Quintana Street. The victims told police they were inside their home when the saw a man exit a white minivan, walk up to their home and knock on their door. While circling the home, the man looked into windows. They later discovered that a window at the rear of the home had been broken. The man left the area before police arrived.

Police described the suspect as a 30- to 40-year-old Hispanic man with a bulky build. He was 5-foot-6 in height and was wearing a black face covering and a blue and read jacket.
