2 Armed Robberies Reported In Sterling On Sunday Morning: Police
Authorities are investigating a pair of armed robberies in Sterling on Sunday. Police believe one man was responsible for both robberies.

STERLING, VA — A pair of robberies were reported in Sterling on Sunday morning, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
No injuries were reported in either robbery, authorities said.
Investigators believe one person was responsible for both robberies. Witnesses described the man as a light-skinned Hispanic man who is 5 feet, 5 inches tall with a medium build. He appeared to be between 32 and 35 years old. He has short black hair and a goatee. After both robberies, he left in a grey Toyota Camry.

During the first robbery, the suspect wore a dark-colored hat, black cargo shorts, black socks, white tennis shoes, and a yellow Los Angeles Lakers Lebron James tank top.
During the second robbery, he wore a mustard colored shirt, authorities said.

The first robbery occurred around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday at the 7-Eleven in the 700 block of W. Church Road. Authorities said a man walked into the store, pulled out a knife, and demanded money from the register.
The second robbery occurred around 8:15 a.m. at the Sunoco station in the 700 block of W. Church Road. This time, the man walked into the store, pulled out a pair of scissors, and demanded money from the register.
