ASHBURN, VA – A 35-year-old Loudoun County man was given the maximum penalty for sexual offenses against a child when he was sentenced on Thursday.
The Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office announced that Cleyver Grajales Guillen, 35, of Bristow, was sentenced to two life sentences plus 20 years in prison for assaulting a girl under the age of 13.
Guillen was found guilty of one count of forcible sodomy, one count of object sexual penetration and one count of aggravated sexual battery, all of a victim under the age of 13, in January 2026. According to the Commonwealth's Attorney, the investigation began in March 2025 when the victim's mother reported the assault to Virginia State Police.
