ASHBURN, VA – August has just begun, but the new school year is just around the corner. In Loudoun County, public schools will open for classes on August 17.
LCPS requests that parents update all students' information in the ParentVUE portal. Any parents who haven't opened a ParentVUE account yet are asked to contact their student's school for an activation code and then follow the directions on the Getting Started with ParentVUE webpage. The account must be created and updated before parents can view school and bus schedules on August 12.
LCPS also provides a First Day webpage with key information for parents and students getting ready for the new school year.
