LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Job seekers can meet employers, get one-on-one resume help and sharpen their interview skills during a series of free career events planned across Loudoun County in September.
The Loudoun Workforce Resource Center is offering the virtual and in-person programs as part of Workforce Development Month. Topics range from understanding a pay stub and recovering from financial hardship to navigating artificial intelligence in the job market.
Hiring events will also give residents opportunities to connect directly with recruiters from Gate Gourmet and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.

Understanding Your Pay Stub
When: 12-1 p.m., Sept. 14

What: Learn how to read and understand earnings, taxes, deductions and benefits listed on a pay stub.

The Resume Roadshow — Ashburn
When: 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Sept. 15
Where: Ashburn Recreation & Community Center, 21105 Coopers Hawk Drive
What: Get a 20-minute resume review from a career professional. Participants should bring a resume and one or two job postings they are interested in.

Answering Interview Questions
