ASHBURN, VA – Thirty-one businesses based in Loudoun County were ranked among the nation's fastest-growing independent businesses, according to a new list, with six making the top 1,000.
Loudoun companies were featured prominently in Inc. Magazine's new list of the 5,000 fastest-growing companies in the United States. In total, 247 Virginia companies made the list.
Nine Loudoun County businesses made the list for the first time this year, while six were being recognized for the fifth time or more, according to a release from Loudoun Economic Development.
Six Loudoun businesses were among the top 1,000 fastest-growing in the country, with Aldie's Lithe Solutions coming in top in the county at number 202, with 1,666% growth.
Lithe Solutions was followed by Seven Weeks Coffee at 239 with 1,429% growth, Abich Financial Wealth Management at 338 with 1,011% growth, OCH Technologies at 620 with 554% growth, Bridgecross at 666 with 515% growth, and Augment Analytics at 857 with 404% growth.
Loudoun Economic Development reports that Lynker, The Building People and Unanet are each celebrating their ninth appearance on the Inc. 5,000.

The Loudoun County businesses recognized represented the technology, government contracting, professional services, construction, financial services, health and wellness and other industries.
According to Inc., companies are ranked by their revenue growth over three years. In 2026, those years were 2022 to 2025. To qualify, companies must be privately held, for-profit, based in the U.S., and independent, meaning they are not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies, and must meet those criteria as of Dec. 31, 2025.
Inc. notes that some companies on the list might have gone public or been bought since that date, but as long as they met the criteria on that date, they were included. Companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. The minimum revenue requirement is $100,000 for 2022 and $2 million for 2025.
