LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA – An 18-year-old Sterling man has been arrested following an investigation into suspected fentanyl distribution to juveniles, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday.
According to the LCSO, Eddy Garcia Posas, 18, of Sterling, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with two counts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics and one count of possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance. LCSO says deputies seized suspected narcotics, a firearm and narcotics paraphernalia during a search and say Garcia Posas is connected with recent sales of illicit narcotics to underage residents in the county.
Garcia Posas is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
The LCSO says their investigation remains active and asks anyone with relevant information to call (703) 777-1021.
