DULLES, VA – A business catering to people who want to fly by private jet without having to own one is opening a new terminal at Dulles International Airport, according to the company
NetJets has announced that it will convert two floors of the existing Signature Aviation facility on the Dulles Airport campus into a more than 14,000-square-foot space for its customers. Work on the project is expected to begin in 2027.
According to NetJets, Dulles is consistently among its travelers' top five destinations.
NetJets offers access to a fleet of private aircraft through two programs: buying or leasing shares of private jets or buying prepaid use time. Both provide flying time in 25-hour increments, with some options promising jets within hours' notice, others within days.
In addition to the new Dulles private use terminal, NetJets is also building new facilities at Dallas Love Field in Texas and Rifle Garfield County Airport in Colorado and expanding its footprint at Donald Trump International Airport in Florida over the next two years.
The company says it operates more than 50 locations across the globe.
