ASHBURN, VA – A Chipotle is coming to the Goose Creek Village mixed-use development in the Ashburn Farms community, the developer announced Thursday.
According to developer Willard Retail, there are now only three retail spaces left at the development.
According to industry watcher Brillmart, the new location has applied for a permit for a drive-thru lane.
Ashburn has three other Chipotle locations. The newest opened in May.
Goose Creek Village is a planned community in Ashburn. It has more than 600 homes so far, with hundreds more under construction. The retail development is anchored by a Harris Teeter grocery store and includes eight restaurants, a day care, a church, an ampitheater and more.
