Ashburn Man Charged With Producing Child Sexual Abuse Material, Sexually Abusing Animals

ASHBURN, VA – An Ashburn man has been arrested in connection with multiple crimes against children and animals in Loudoun County, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office announced.

Jann Karlos Ramirez Ayala, 37, of Ashburn, was arrested Monday following an investigation that began in April. He is charged with production of child pornography, possession of child pornography, electronic solicitation of a child and sexual abuse of an animal.

Ramirez Ayala is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and has a preliminary hearing set for July 24.
