Ashburn Senior Community Honors Residents On Veterans Day
Tribute at One Loudoun held a special ceremony Wednesday in honor of the veterans who live at the senior community in Ashburn.

ASHBURN, VA — Tribute at One Loudoun held a special ceremony Wednesday in honor of the veterans who live at the senior community in Ashburn.
The ceremony featured remarks by Loudoun County VFW Post 1177 Commander Ray Delpesche. The event also included a musical sing along of patriotic songs, a “Salute to Our Veterans” video presentation that allowed families to participate virtually, and a trumpet performance of Taps.
“We are excited to honor the Veterans who live in our community as well as all Veterans who have served our country,” said Zoie Barcus, executive director of Tribute at One Loudoun. “We are grateful for their service and sacrifices for the freedoms we enjoy every day.”

Tribute at One Loudoun is home to more than a dozen residents who served in the armed forces, along with several spouses of service men and women.
